We implemented an end-to-end Industry 4.0 solution from incoming raw material to outgoing finished goods. Integrated OT & IT systems to monitor real-time overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), overall labour effectiveness (OLE), production output and yield. Energy management was implemented by establishing transparency into every aspect of energy use in the plant to support the production.
The company gained transparency into the end-to-end manufacturing operation leading to output increase via yield improvement with well managed and optimized energy utilization.
