The establishment’s service bays were paper-based despite the electronic service order system with service crew members planning and moving spares to the respective asset service bays.
Implemented Industry 4.0 solution on the service floor for comprehensive digital guided servicing of the assets. Set up RPA with the existing service order system and introduced AGV for spares movement to the service bays. The service crew were guided by digital forms/instructions to carry out the asset servicing effectively with full traceability in the event of an incident post service.
The establishment went digital with effective digital instructions to the service crew with full-service traceability. AGV spares movement resulted in the service crew focusing on their core service job.
